Read about their history, their present, and the challenges they face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Visit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re in Delaware, visit the <strong>Nanticoke Indian Museum<\/strong> in Millsboro. Attend the annual <strong>Nanticoke PowWow<\/strong> in September. These are open to the public and are welcoming, educational experiences for people of all backgrounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Volunteer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;re always looking for volunteers \u2014 especially young people \u2014 to help at community events, create educational content, and support outreach efforts. If you&#8217;re a student group, scout troop, or community organization interested in volunteering at the PowWow or other tribal events, we can help coordinate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Support<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Support the Nanticoke Indian Tribe directly by visiting the <a href=\"https:\/\/nanticokeindians.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nanticoke Indian Tribe website<\/a>, purchasing from the museum gift shop, or donating to tribal initiatives.
